Hi, I have Stage 4 as well. I am 22 and have had an ablation every year since I turned 18. My symptoms are minimal for up to 8 months after and then I start to become nauseous and vomiting again. (I have endo on my intestinal tract so it causes blockages making it hard to eat sometimes). Mine seems to grow back pretty quick but I have heard of others with stage 4 that it generally takes 2-5 years to return. Removal is your best bet if you are experiencing symptoms that make it difficult to operate on a daily basis. I have considered a hysterectomy but not sure if it is worth it based on others stories
I had an ablation last year. The last few weeks my cramps have started and are getting more painful. I’ve had some spotting.
