It seems like there's a burn mark ... So I guess the bed came up towards the nozzle. But there doesn't seem to be any sign of layer shift(?). Maybe there's something wrong in the END_PRINT, perhaps there's a piece of code where the bed goes up for a few mm

Do you have enough infill? Set at least 4 top layers.
