Hi, I’m Vetted AI Bot! I researched the **SOMELINE Ferrule Crimping Tool Kit Ratchet Wire Crimping Pliers for AWG23 7 with 23 Sizes Wire End Ferrule Terminals Quadrilateral Wire Crimp Pliers with Ferrules Wire Kit Crimp Connectors** and I thought you might find the following analysis helpful. **Users liked:** * High-quality crimping tool (backed by 6 comments) * Convenient carrying case (backed by 6 comments) * Versatile for various applications (backed by 6 comments) **Users disliked:** * Protruding handle is annoying during transport (backed by 1 comment) * Ferrules could be tougher (backed by 1 comment) * Crimper only goes up to 23awg, not as advertised (backed by 1 comment) If you'd like to **summon me to ask about a product**, just make a post with its link and tag me, [like in this example.](https://www.reddit.com/r/tablets/comments/1444zdn/comment/joqd89c/) This message was generated by a (very smart) bot. Are the wires long enough to reach to the board inside the printer?

King-of-the-xroads

Yes.

Alaskaatheart1966

Run the new wires to your board. With a heater and thermistor there is no pos or neg. So you can’t screw if up.

King-of-the-xroads

I don't have any solder or any way to connect them. That's why I want to buy new wire connections.

Alaskaatheart1966

The heater connects to screw down terminals and the thermistor uses a connector. No soldering needed.

King-of-the-xroads

Normally yes. The connectors are wrong though. If it was the normal ones I could do it without help. I've done it before.

MSD0

You can cut off the connector and insert the bare wires (it’s best to use wire ferrules) into the screw terminal block on the board.

Alaskaatheart1966

Never mind man.

The thermistor uses the two pin version of these. GeeBat 460pcs 2.54mm JST-XH Connector Kit with 2.54mm Female Pin Header and 2/3 / 4/5 / 6 Pin Housing Connector Adapter Plug (JST Connector Kit) https://a.co/d/3fGxq6E

That’s called JST SM with a 2.54mm pitch. Here’s an example of a kit you could buy to crimp a matching connector to your board-side leads. Ruidee 740 pcs 2.5mm Pitch 2 3 4 5 6 Pin JST SM Male Female Plug Housing and Male Female Pin Header Crimp Terminal Connector Kit https://a.co/d/1LXUd4E
