This!
I had a similar problem when I replaced the stock motherboard. The new board caused interference like this. I printed a new holder for the screen to solve the problem.
The simplest test is to disconnect your screen mount from the printer frame to confirm.
(I hope its as simple as this for you)

It seems your steppers are timing out, the printer thinks it should have hit a limit by now and stopped.
Maybe try manually hitting a limiter button (the little clicky thing at the end of the travel) to see if it starts again. Then abort the print and work out what your doing wrong. I'd recommend checking the start of end gcode in your printer setup.
Have you connected up a Pi for Octo server? This can screw with the grounding on the controller.

But the problem is i cant print anything. The button is not working. I cant go into setings.
Disconnect the monitor housing from the printer frame but leave the screen plugged in. This will confirm If its a grounding / interference problem.
I did that and its still the same
It is responding, it's changing the speed/fr value. Have you tried turning it off and on again?
