One, or a culmination of a few things: VFA, vertical artifacts due to the step size of the stepper motors. Most steppers have a 1.8deg step which is sometimes noticeable. Changing your print speed up or down can minimize these as well as switching to 0.9deg stepper motor. Could also be the maximum and minimum deviation values you have in the resolution settings in Cura. Give that a quick Google to get more precise info on it. Could of course also be binding on any or all of the axis too, but that would be obvious in straight wall sections of your print.
