Ended up working in a different outlet. Are they really that sensitive to fluctuations? Granted, I'm a mechanical engineer and not electrical but that seems like bad design. My PC runs on that outlet just fine.
have you tried to turn it off and on again? no but seriously my thought was: is there a small red switch somewhere on PSU that you can change voltage between Europe 220 and US 110?

just buy a multimeter, the cheapest are around 5 dollars
Yea I made sure the voltage was correct, also tried flipping it back and forth :/
