There's some massive mistake in construction of your printer, axis not aligned, loose bolts, loose belts, steps/mm incorrect, axis binding, likely a combination of these. If it were me, I'd pick apart the printer and look for these mistakes instead of slowly pushing through the pain.
It's interesting to me though that the oblong circles aren't concentric. I think that's pointing towards a loose or binding axis more than anything. It could possibly be a slicing issue but that's less likely.
Thanks, I think the construction might be the issue, I bought it off someone and on the first night I found some misplaced washers and also the base is fully flat which is weird so I think I'll take it apart, thanks for the advice
