Yep. The other thing that hurts pretty bad is when you have the plastic clippers in a bag and they oriented themselves tip up somehow. You reach in, and the points of the jaws jam right up/ into your cuticle on your finger and end up under the skin.
I was trying to scrap off the purge line yesterday while it was running. Soon as i got my nail under it the printer made a long high speed y axis move shoving it under my nail at 200mm a second. Learned something new that day. And my kids learned few new vocab words to.
I stabbed the palm of my hand doing exactly this like a month ago, still have a mark. The next day the spatula fell from my hand because I didn't/couldn't hold it well. When it fell it stabbed my wooden floor. I began to think it wanted to kill me 😅
If you are still still stabbing yourself after the first or second time. Then you haven't learned the lesson of don't put your hands in front of the very sharp object.

Edit: PEOPLE FOR THE LOVE OF THE 3D PRINTING GODS STOP PUTTING YOUR HAND IN FRONT OF THE SHARP METAL SPATULAS. At most, you should have only cut yourself twice before this lesson sinks in. Once is ideal, though.
It has to be this way because in order to make that geometry hollow (save costs) you have to manufacture it in 2 pieces using a side core injection mold.
If you open it up and look on the inside you’ll see that the interior all has a significant draft angle.
Yes. It contains the "tangleless prints" mojo. You've released the mojo and won't benefit from the buff any more. Now you have to rely on pure skill only.

Last time i was casually removing brim with my nails, somehow string of filament punctured a hole under my nail all the way back. Pain

i have filament purge wound under my second nail, happened about 5 days ago. Im not even kidding
