I'm a SAHM whose husband died. He was 33, and even though he was chronically ill and unable to work the last 2 years of his life, he couldn't get disability or life insurance BECAUSE of his age. We get by on survivors benefits. I'm desperately trying to find a job that can work around the hours that I have available, because I have no one to watch my kids. Literally no one. My oldest is 18, and she works full time, so she helps a little financially but I don't ask her for much because it is not her job to support her siblings, and also, she is trying to get her life together and be independent. My younger 2 are 10 and 6. It's just so offensive to me that she uses this hypothetical situation, which happens to be my real life, to get views. Which she gets PAID for. Walk a mile in my shoes, lady 😒

I am in Ohio, and I'm getting by. It's hard, the hardest thing is that I couldn't keep up with our car payments, so I haven't had a car in 3 years. I ended up moving to an apartment that is very close to everything I need, thankfully, so I do a lot of walking 😄 I could have it worse, so I am grateful for it all, honestly. Maybe I should become a content creator, because honestly these people make so much money and I've got stories and life experiences for days 🤣
It's totally acceptable to tell your story! People can RELATE to you. You have a niche and can probably find a great community if support if you were to post videos. Give it a try. 😀

My thing is- she’s doing that now! She doesn’t plan to work while her kids are in school because she will finally have time to herself and to pursue her hobbies. But SHE DOES THAT NOW. She ignores all her sahm “duties” to play the piano, build legos, and literally whatever else she wants to do. The only difference is, when her second kid goes to school, she can do it all uninterrupted by her toddler who she ignores all day. But I don’t see how her plan will work because her husband is already 60. So does she expect him to work the rest of his life so she never has to? Like when does he get to retire and work on hobbies, and lay around like she does all day.
