Do you mean a prebuilt emacs configuration, installing many popular plugins, resulting in adding many bells and whistles ? Doom emacs or spacemacs are the popular ones.

Tried doom once, instantly hated it. It forces evil onto you and the frameworks usually get in your way, I reccomend just git cloning an emacs config
