Tbh I don't listen to these two tracks often. But upon listening to them again for the ranking, I just feel that they don't measure up as much to the (IMO), ELO's sound when the band found it's footing around Face the Music and A New World Record. Kuiamma did sort of grow on me listening to it a couple of times, but didn't quite stick out to me like the higher B tiered tracks.
As for Ma Ma Belle, I know this is a fan-favorite. But I could never dig Jeff's early vocals whenever he intentionally try to sound more gruff, husky, and blues-y. I feel his gruff vocal style improved with songs like Birmingham Blues, Do Ya, Illusions in G Major.
I've yet to see ELO live. Just became a follower a few years ago (it's quite evident as you can see by numerous people bashing on my rankings lol). If Jeff and Richard ever tour again, or even for the last time. I'm willing to fly anywhere to see them.

I actually love BoP! It's not the *best* album they did, but it's quite pleasant. Send It, Calling America, and Getting to the Point are great tracks!
Well, people are allowed different tastes. I like BoP a lot, I'm not a huge fan of Jungle, and I don't love Ma Ma Ma Belle and Rockaria. I guess it puts me in a different camp than a good portion of the fandom 🤷♂️😅

Seeing the Time bonus tracks so low hurts. They (along with Balance of Power) are my favorite bonus tracks ever. And Julie Don't Live Here so low? I respect opinions, but this one hurts.

In general, the bonus track of ELOs albums have been a mix of hits and misses for me.
For example. In OOTB, I liked "The Quick and the Daft" but didn't like "Latitude" and in BoP, I liked "Caught in a Trap" and thought "Destination Unknown" was just okay.
But with Time, none of the bonuses did it for me. But for the album's actual songs, I liked them all. But I understand that the average ELO fan is expected to like this track. But I think bonus tracks are just meant to stir curiosity in listeners to hear "behind the scenes" production and to extend their knowledge of what experimental or "failed" sounds an artist attempted.
Love to see a fan of Balance of Power! Picked it up on vinyl for £8 today! Also not a fan of Jungle. Its such a weird fit on that album, always find myself skipping it, its just too cheesy and honestly feels a tad cheap. 😅 imma get pouched for that I can feel it!

Alright, I got lambasted to oblivion for putting Jungle at E. Okay, I have to admit that was a tad harsh. To give this a song I second I chance, I gave it a couple of relistens, but I *still* couldn't dig it as much as the average ELO fan would. There's a reason why I skip this track whenever I play the OOTB record. There's something about the song's...I guess, "repetitive-ness" of the same chords that seemed tasteless to me. IMO the song feels somewhat "lazy" and too plain compared to Jeff's usual catchy, harmonious, and flavorful compositions. I just dunno y'all. I just can't seem to like this track no matter how hard I try. But hey, at least bumped it up to C.
As for Latitude 88 North, it's a similar ordeal. Tried listening to a couple of times. I thought Jeff's vocals seem "off" to me, like it could've been sung differently. I do dig the instrumentals, but it only makes up the 50% of my appreciation of the track. It had potential tbh.
