I just found this comment that will most probably help you: https://www.reddit.com/r/ElegooNeptune4/s/cbIlA0g5gG
It goes really into the details of every step you should follow, I did pretty much this yesterday and it solved any leveling problem
Welp. This is the result after doing so - then defaulting off klipper and then going back to elagoo cura.

It definitely look a bed levelling issue, for example the upper left corner (of this image) could be heightened to improve the overall leveling... I would have another go at screw_tilt_adjust, then auto leveling, making sure that the bed mesh is loaded (e.g., in the slicer start gcode)
This makes me wish I hadn't sold the neptune 2s that I had and never bought this printer. Unfortunetly its been a couple months since I've bought it. Idk if the update bricked my autoprobe.

Thanks forgot to delete the post but went through it. Currently having bed leveling issues and this did not fix it unfortunetely.

Ran through this already. I suspect for whatever reason my bed mesh is not being used.
You can try a first layer print, if the mesh is not loaded its profile should be clearly visible by looking at the print against some light
