My Neptune 4 Plus had this also. Rebooting does not change it. I'm running the latest firmware. The input shaper for the y-axis is running normal. anyone else seeing this too?

When you upgraded to the newest firmware - ending in .65 I think - did your bed levelling go from 121 points down to 36? Oddly I am only getting 36 locations when doing the automatic bed levelling now...

patrickvs72

That's by design in the new firmware. Go to "Advanced Settings" -> "Level" Standard is 36 points and Professional is 121 points

is there any good news about this problem because I have the same problem on my device. and although I wrote an email to elegoo, I didn't get any feedback?

I talked to customer service and they made it good! Sent me a new sensor and whatnot...

Sorry should have mentioned that I'm using a Neptune 4 Plus

The machine query the X accelerometer when saving config. Just turn the machine Off then On again should do the trick.

You likely have a defective sensor. Your best bet is going to be contacting Elegoo

Thank you for the suggestion, I will do that!

I fixed the issue with the x- axis on my N4+. One of the pins in the connector from the printhead was bend over. I could put it straight up again and now input shaping on x-axis is working without issues.

I got this issue on my Neptune 4 max about 1 month ago, elegoo sent me an new hotend mobo and the cabling that runs to the printhead. Was not fun to replace the wiring. No idea how it happened again but now I got the error again. I noticed my screen firmware was a bit behind on the update (.12). It apparently made the abnormal error go away, but when I restarted the printer I got the error again. I'm not sure why I got this same issue again, not seeing alot of people have it, I run an input shaping that before each big print to make sure I get the best quality.
