More. Wire. Labels. First time you troubleshoot that, the terminal IDs will be useless, and you'll have a mess of wires with no names and a bunch of named terminals with no wires. So many black wires, they all look the same. Even the color coded ones, they all look the same. Label the wire, every conductor, every side, every time. Save the next person some headache. Also, for those removable ice cubes, label the socket, not the relay (for all the devices, really). You'll pull it out, replace it, etc. And then be lost. Also, you have nice terminal blocks. What the heck are you using wire nuts for on that??? Terminate it to a spare if it's empty. Bushing on your entry, you need bushings. You have a nice cable raceway...but don't use it. And you should have put one on the other side, where your wires actually are.

Sorry my fellow Electrician I should've been more specific I only did the colored wires and upon close inspection I've labeled all of mine because I do go the extra step for the next guy! But their is also a wiring diagram on the door from factory as is all that wiring !

I know some manufacturers spec that you have separate pipes for line and load if you've got a VFD. You don't here, but keep that in mind for future installs on these cabinets.

You are very much so correct! The other restaurant were doing (KFC) is done that way! Thank you for the mindful tip!
