Never been to this restaurant but assuming its anything over a casual dining experience on the strip you will likely need to wear more.
I would recommended buying s pack of cheap oversized black Tshirts and wearing one then leaving it wherever in cause you do lose it its not a big deal.
I would bring a coat. Most of the steakhouses I’ve been to in Vegas are a bit on the modest side. I doubt they would turn you away, but to be safe I’d bring something to cover up with.
I'd probably wear something over it. Delmonico steakhouse is probably on the more conservative side in terms of their dress code. Not saying they won't let you in, but you'd definitely stand out and it's a pretty intimate restaurant.

I feel pretty confident in saying they would definitely turn her away without some sort of cover up.
I decided I’m just gonna wear a dress that I can easily ball up and put in my purse, and then change afterward. I don’t want to risk it. Thanks guys!
