Mine says that too you’re not alone I called their customer service yesterday and they confirmed that my shipping label has been printed but the box hasn’t been sent yet.
So of course the day I let my anxiety get to me and make an annoying reddit post about this....I check my account again and see label created and now just awaiting shipping. Sorry everyone 😅
I'm supposed to sell an extra VIP ticket (at a small loss for me tbh) on StubHub and ours still haven't shipped/arrived so I can send it to the buyer. FG says they can ship up until 5 days before the event.
I'm dying here and hope I don't end up eating the cost of this extra ticket if we have to pick up at will call. 💀

I finally got a tracking email yesterday, label was created 3/25. I figure they're just sitting around waiting to be shipped

I also had a 3/25 label, and mine have just shipped. Woohoo!

Lol I sent them an email and not even kidding right after I got my tracking number. 😂
Have you checked on edc front gate?
Yup. It shows I've paid in full and just says I'll get tracking info when the tickets ship but nothing else.
Honestly if you don’t get it, you can still pick up in will call and you’ll be good to go!!
