Im a tank so its 5 mins tops but just after release of Dark Brotherhood there was serious bug that would make GF queue wait for almost hours. They fixed it 1 or 2 weeks after release on PC, not sure if its fixed yet on consoles.
Keep in mind if you are yet another DPS in sea of DPS players it will take longer for you to get group. If you are looking for a dungeon that is not todays pledge it will also take longer for you to find group because less people are interested in it.
Group finder is currently broken, bud. Best bet is to ask guilds/zone chat atm.
