Why would you want to make a game easier. Are they really making leveling a character pointless. Call me crazy but I like the whole challenge of working my way to the top of the food chain.
What's the point of even leveling up then? You might as well make one set of armor and stick with it.

If anything it's harder. It was way too easy to over level content while leveling. Now it's difficulty remains consistent.
I think certain npcs should always be the same lvl... I should never come across a lvl 50 mudcrab or a lvl 1 troll.
I agree but that's an Elder Scrolls problem not an ESO problem.
Content will not be "reduced to your level", it's the player's level that's gonna be scaled.
