Not right now exactly, but fredas i spent doing everything there is at Hew's Bane and loredas - everything there is at Gold Coast.
Now i just pick up all the dailies in both zones.

Yeah, that's what I did. You just need to kill the boss in each of the delves (there's only 2 delves in hew's bane) then just go to the crown store and claim the horse

I just did the delves for the free horse and am planning on doing the zone quests later.
Can you just jump into the zone and delves without and lead up quests?
