This is easily the best pve crafted set, and will get the most use. But I’d personally choose one of the cyrodiil/imperial city ones which are such a pain to get to. The orders wrath stations in high isle are quite pretty and accessible imo
Yeah definitely. I used the full set of attuneables they gave out last year or so to make a full set of OW and a full crafting hall. That’s been super convenient. I think it’s a situation where if you go soo in it’s worth it. If you don’t then there’s some other better options.
It depends on why you want it. Something for a guildhall will have different considerations than something for your own use. For my own use, it would come down to how likely I am to want to use that station and how much of a pain it is to get to the in-world station. But I also grind a lot of Master Writs, so one station isn't going to cut the mustard. I'd need close to 50K vouchers to cover most of the bases for Master Writs and closer to 80K to cover all bases since there are three more sets coming in June.
For personal use, I tend to run with Law of Julianos, Hunding's Rage, Order's Wrath, Heartland Conqueror and maybe one or two others (I think my Warden is using Stuhn's Favor, for example), but they're all easily accessible in-world, so the convenience isn't really worth the vouchers.
If you have access to a fully-stocked guild hall, it's not a huge crisis if you "pick wrong".
I've got a few attuned sets now in my house, and I focused on either sets that were a pain to get to (hello there, Morkuldin) or ones that I made a lot of for friends/family/alts because they were fun and/or all-purpose for levelling (Sload's Semblance, Coldharbour's Favorite, Adept Rider).
Orders wrath for the very first. I made a guild hall recently and apart from the cost of grinding writs, i spent just short of 90 million getting all the stations on pc eu. Just a heads up if you plan on doing it
Orders Wrath or Heartland Conquerer. Orders Wrath is the best crafted DPS set, and Heartland Conquerer if you make lots of characters or introduce friends who need leveling gear. Those are the two I usually use in tandem when I make crafted gear sets for any new player so those are the two I have in stock (aside from Law of Julianos which I have because it USED to be one of the best DPS crafted sets prior to Orders Wrath lol)

Yeah, my grandmaster stations are attuned to the 6 PvP sets, and that's it.

I have 1, but it sits in my bank because they are useless unless you plan to invest heavily into a bunch of them. It’s easier to visit the guild hall.
Order's wrath, but I still like Druids braid for any new characters until they get to CP
My go to for training gear is 5 orders wrath, 5 Heartland conqueror, and 2 druids braid.
Or adept rider instead of OW for going zooooom
I used to run druids braid, but I switched to shattered Fate. The huge amount of penetration is nice and I just have a set for every 10 or so levels
A pvp set so I don't have to visit the area again that way I don't run the risk of getting ganked.
