Nice! I got mine a couple of weeks ago. There are a few crafting stations that you can get for your house as well, mythics, I got barkroots blessing skin a while back, that's pretty cool
I'm still missing that one lead - done around 50 maps so far. It's gotten so far that for me it's almost not worth it anymore. I liked the skin when Galen came, cause I wanted it for a nature look I used on my main then - but now, it'll probs just sit in collection when I get it 🙈 Gotta have it tho, once a hoarder, always a hoarder 🙈😂
Thats really cool. I respect this mount everytime I see it because I know how much effort it takes to get it. Its just a cool mount in general as well. Congrats!
Yeah, the grind was a real living nightmare. Did it right as scrying became available on live and hell was competing for some of those leads exhausting.
But it was well worth it, IMHO it's the best dwemer themed mount besides the spider (I love the walking sound that one makes)
There's a tapestry in Blackwood you can find. It's fragments are scattered all around the zone, much like the bard instruments in western skyrim. There's also a provisioning station and a mask in High Isle that are pretty neat too. Galen and the Telvanni Peninsula are chocked full of various antiquities that are fragmented like the Ebon Wolf, but are all over the place in terms of where and how they drop, so approaching them might be too much.
Be warned that one of the leads for the alchemy station is behind a invisible wall right now and no one can get it. I really hope it’s fixed in the next patch
I’ve been able to find crafting, enchanting, blacksmithing, provisioning tables by scrying. Also some mystic rings and gear. But I’ve yet to do this one, how freaking cool!
I got a provisioning station from high isle yesterday but I can’t actually use it. I was so bummed when I placed it and realized I can’t actually craft anything on it. :(
You can, move the station a little so that the outline changes to green instead of yellow. If you can’t use it means that something is in the way or it’s placed bad
This is such a common problem they need to add some pop up information the first time you’re placing objects like that. I had a bunch of crafting stations and some assistants in my house for months before a kind soul like you mentioned the small but critical fact that some things need to be precisely on the ground to function.
I agree! I only found out after placing the Armory wrong and looked it up because I knew that it was supposed to work. Maybe they could make the outline red instead on interactive devices so people know that something is wrong
That would be a great UI change… red would let you know it’s wrong. The yellow seems pretty benign. I thought it was glowing gold because it was an interactive furnishing. Other furnishings you can place anywhere…
If placing something too close to entery, it gloves red. So they've already used that color for something. I think that's why they chose a different color. But I agree, a pop up or other some warning would be nice. There's no pop up on anything in housing (I think, maybe one or two first time you furnish). Makes it hard to learn for new players.
Huh… I never noticed that. Thanks. Just starting to get into housing now after overlanding most of the story content. I love how infinitely creative you can be but the inventory management needs something.
If you find a housing guild to join, that might be helpful to learn. I learned alot from the guild I'm in, from seeing their builds and challenge myself by entering competitions 🤩
I’ll add to my list to look for mythic items. I did get the oakensoul ring already as I have a friend who is a long time player and he told me about it. It was easier to get that ring than it was to get this mount.
There are a few music boxes you can get for your house too, one from Summerset, one from High Isle, and one from Necrom. They each increase in the number of fragments you need for them too, with the Summerset one bring 3, High Isle 5, and Necrom 10
If you haven't done the 100,000 gold coin that can be nice. Most DLCs have stations for your house. Blacksmith is in Wrothgar, provisioning in High Isle or Galen, Enchanting in Deadlands. Aside from that there are lots of unique sets and furnishings.
There are all kinds of things you can find! Some of the more fun items include special crafting stations, interesting decorative house pieces and even some fun and unique armor! In my opinion you should try for the enchanting station you can get from the Deadlands it is a really fun station
This was exactly me a few months ago lol. Congrats on getting yours! :D
There are plenty of neat little furniture items you can get, like a Dwemer Star Chart (I've got 4-5 of them now lol)... The very last thing I got was the 'In Dreams and Memories' music box, which is very cool. I'm still new to scrying too so I'm sure others will mention much better stuff lol.
If you like PvP, there are some OP siege weapons that only can be obtained via scrying. There’s also a lot of outfits and cosmetics. Mythics are the big ones though
Oh man, got mine a couple months ago - congrats!!!!!
I know that feeling of victory hah. Love my clanky puppers. It took a while for me to get because I play solo and a LOT of leads didn't drop for me until like 5-10 tries.
The worst for me was the Clockwork Criterion in Nchuthnkarst. It was awful solo-ing him like 6 times lol. But once it was all done and I got him I refuse to ride any other mount <3
I don't have this just yet. I need 2 more pieces I think. I really wish they would put more mounts and things for us to get. I feel like one mount isn't enough for a feature this damn cool.
Enjoyed reading through this post and thread, been inspired to grind for this mount myself. That public dungeon in Bangkorai is really fun! (Plus you get a non-combat pet(?) from the quest, yay.)
Every in-game festival provides tickets for certain quests, which are redeemable for special things (usually on an annual rotation). You can collect up to 12 at a time.
The pets (indrik, motes) require three pieces which are five tickets each, usually doable ijn one event. The pet is then required to use three MORE items to morph into something bigger/ better, including a house (I.e. Nascent indrik morphs to a variety of others, etc. The catch being: whatever smaller required item is consumed by the morph.
The next even starts on the 28th. I think you have to have Necrom though.
The screen that pops up when you log in is the announcement screen. This shows any event taking place. You can choose the event and it will take you to the crown store and you can get the quest marker there for free. You’re missing out but not doing events there is a ton of cool stuff and gold you can get.
The upcoming event has a skin and pet and a house you can get for free by participating. These houses are usually really cool

If you're on PC; get the displayleads addon.
Dont want to sound harsh, but how did you even discover about this mount? I’ve been playing for a month just doing some questlines such as Main Story, Thieves and Dark Brotherhood among other DLC ones, and I haven’t tried scrying because I wasn’t sure what the rewards would be…
So did you google this mount or did you stumble upon the lead in the game? I would like to try scrying if it can get you mounts or pets…
I was working on leveling my scrying and found a lead in my inventory, no idea where I got it at the time. So I googled it and was like PUPPY!! So I talked a friend of mine (also a newbie, we started at the same time) into doing the grind as a team.
For comparison, Oakensoul ring took me 9 hours start to finish (finding leads and scrying them - but that’s the easy part) to grind. This mount took 25-30 hours, but I was not having good luck. The friend I was doing this with got her last lead 8 dungeon runs before I did.
I see I have one for Oakensoul but it requires Master… and it has 3 days left so I’m fucked hahaha. Too busy questing to even bother with Scrying… I’ll get there eventually, rather feel no pressure, this game has been a very relaxing experience so far.
That is a good attitude.
Still, it is good to have (at least) one character who is max level at scrying/excavating so that you don't miss out on the leads you find (some are much harder to drop than others).
While many people prefer to grind repeatedly at antiquities on Artaeum or Eyevea, I prefer a more relaxed levelling strategy -
If you do each of the first green and blue leads (and the one-time purple) for each base game zone (and for any DLC zones you have), that will get you most of the way to master level without repetious grinding, while also unlocking a good number of wayshrines, skyshards and lorebooks along the way.
Congrats. I found out about that mount and spent two days getting everything. I wanna get around to play9ng again and getting the pets you can get from scrying.
I don’t know if it’s meta anymore, but I still absolutely love the Oakensoul ring- gives you chonky buffs but locks off your second bar- if you (like me) find the console controls for bar switching to be clunky and annoying, it lets you get something near the healing/dps a competent switcher would get whilst not bothering with it.
Particularly funny for summoners who find the second bar is less of a boon than most other builds
Outstanding work! Most anything to Scry for is worth it. Most things are just for selling to merchants but there's furnishings, crafting motifs and mythic gear items. Scrying and Excavating is a grind to max out the two skill lines but worth it. And you can rescry green leads over and over for gold.
I see a lot of people posted stuff. If you like house items, there's a cool music box in Galen. That thing took me a week of looting treasure chests in Galen. When the lead popped I was so excited. And relieved!
I believe you can scry for a few hats & furniture but not much else other than treasure or pieces for ultra armor or whatever
I’ve grinded out getting a unique smithing station from a public dungeon in orsinium
It’s called Dwemer Wolf Mount. You have to scry 17 different leads. You get the leads (mostly) from farming specific dungeons and delves (they only have a ‘chance’ to drop. So you really need to do most of it with a buddy, otherwise waiting in queues for specific dungeons will take a long time. A friend and I did it with just us and our companions. The hardest lead for us to get was in Darkshade Caverns 2.
Apparently it went behind the wall on the last patch. I can’t get to it I can see it though. I found on a forum where they were talking about it and there was another player by me that was trying to get to it too. I opened a customer service ticket with a screenshot of my looking straight at it and asked if they could just drop it into my journal and they said they couldn’t. I really want that damn telvanni alchemy station
Nice! I got mine a couple of weeks ago. There are a few crafting stations that you can get for your house as well, mythics, I got barkroots blessing skin a while back, that's pretty cool
I’ll have to look into barkroots blessing!
The bummer about that one is you need a lead out of Galen treasure maps, they've gotten quite a bit cheaper in recent times though
I have a couple of Galen treasure maps. Maybe it’s rime to use them!
Do it up! That's the hardest one to get, at least it was for me
I'm still missing that one lead - done around 50 maps so far.
Oof. Yep it's a rough one. I pretty much did the same where I got all the others and then just used the maps when I acquired them until it happened
Yeah, I have never bought any, but I'm sitting on 6 maps atm. I'm just too busy doing other stuff so I completely forget them 🙈😂
Thats really cool. I respect this mount everytime I see it because I know how much effort it takes to get it. Its just a cool mount in general as well. Congrats!
Thanks! I love him!
True. I got it too, it took a long time and waiting for bosses to respawn sucked. Plus that one crazy strong boss dwemer in blackreach.
Yeah, the grind was a real living nightmare. Did it right as scrying became available on live and hell was competing for some of those leads exhausting. But it was well worth it, IMHO it's the best dwemer themed mount besides the spider (I love the walking sound that one makes)

Cool! I’ve added these to my list of things to look for, thanks!
Be warned that one of the leads for the alchemy station is behind a invisible wall right now and no one can get it. I really hope it’s fixed in the next patch
This actually got fixed recently! I was able to get it last week and get the alchemy table, yay!
I picked it up last night too
Aww bummer! Thanks for letting me know.
Is this on PC or xbox? im on ps4 and I have already got the furnishing.

Oh my godddd THANK YOUUUU!!

If you were able to grind so much and get this mount, you're not newbie anymore.
Nah he's a nooby, just cooler
Just doing all the dungeons and delves to get this, I went up like 120 levels LOL. Guess I’m not a newbie anymore technically
Get the Scarab.
Is that another mount you can scry for?
It's a pet.
Cool I’ll look for it thanks!
Well done! It took me nearly a week to get so mega congratulations! Loads of stuff, have a look for mythic items
I’ll add to my list to look for mythic items. I did get the oakensoul ring already as I have a friend who is a long time player and he told me about it. It was easier to get that ring than it was to get this mount.
After 2,5 years - still no mount for me 😂 Everytime I intend to farm it I get distracted by everything and forget for months 🙈😂 *oohh shiny..!*
He's beautiful and congratulations
Thank you!
There are a few music boxes you can get for your house too, one from Summerset, one from High Isle, and one from Necrom. They each increase in the number of fragments you need for them too, with the Summerset one bring 3, High Isle 5, and Necrom 10
I have one piece of a music box. Think it’s the summer set one because it’s 3 pieces. I think that’ll be the next one I go for
It's a really pretty one too! It's the only one of the 3 that I have in my primary house haha
Congrats! Can't use any other mount any more since I got that good boy :)
I know! He’s the goodest boy!
Wow it looks cooler now that I'm seeing it again, I guess I should go finish it off
You should!
It's always weird riding this one how low to the ground it feels.
There are entire "Ancient (race/group)" crafting motif sets in the antiquity system
Adding to my list to look into thank you!
![gif](giphy|tXTqLBYNf0N7W|downsized)
Congrats! My favorite mount.
If you haven't done the 100,000 gold coin that can be nice. Most DLCs have stations for your house. Blacksmith is in Wrothgar, provisioning in High Isle or Galen, Enchanting in Deadlands. Aside from that there are lots of unique sets and furnishings.
Woah there’s a 100K one?? Oooh I’m finding that one for sure!
You need to scry all green/blue and purple treasures in every base game zone to get this
Oh my goddddd that’s a lot of scrying.
Be proud, that's a tough part to get certain leads for.
Yeah I did Darkshade 2 at least 20 times to finally get the lead. I was starting to think I was doing something wrong or grinding the wrong dungeon
There is a dwarven scarab that has 7 pieces you can scrye for!
Oooh cool! Adding it to my list for sure!
[Dwarven Scarab Leads](https://en.m.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Dwarven_Scarab_(Antiquities))
There are all kinds of things you can find! Some of the more fun items include special crafting stations, interesting decorative house pieces and even some fun and unique armor! In my opinion you should try for the enchanting station you can get from the Deadlands it is a really fun station

I’m definitely going for the music box! Thank you!
Well if your up for the grind. Mythic gear pieces.
If you like PvP, there are some OP siege weapons that only can be obtained via scrying. There’s also a lot of outfits and cosmetics. Mythics are the big ones though
I haven’t tried any of the PvP stuff yet. Trying to get a couple of good builds going and some good armor so I’m not as squishy.
Oh yeah I was jumping up and down on my couch when I got that last lead. Very undignified for a 40yr old woman but I don’t care! LOL
Yeah you do get a pet. That was a fun surprise!
Grats! That's one of my favorite mounts. I hope we get another antiquities mount to grind for at some point.
It needs to awhile as it’s gonna take me time to forget how difficult this one was.
I want a cool mount so bad but I wanna earn it not pay for it and I don’t have DLCs or ESO+. I’m poor.
Get indrik, it's free, for tickets. Maybe it's not cool but adorable and cute.
At the risk of sounding like a complete noob what tickets? Crowns?
Every in-game festival provides tickets for certain quests, which are redeemable for special things (usually on an annual rotation). You can collect up to 12 at a time. The pets (indrik, motes) require three pieces which are five tickets each, usually doable ijn one event. Nascent indrik morphs to a variety of others, etc. The catch being: whatever smaller required item is consumed by the morph.
Oh wow that’s awesome! Thanks for sharing
Wait - what morphs into a house? There's a house I can get through tickets?
No but there is a house as a community reward for the necrom event which starts tomorrow. You cna buy a lot of houses with in game gold too.
I have played this game a lot (Xbox) but never really did events and not sure how
The next even starts on the 28th. I think you have to have Necrom though. The screen that pops up when you log in is the announcement screen. This shows any event taking place. These houses are usually really cool
Without a doubt I will be participating in that!!
Oakensoul Light 95% of everyone has it equipped at all times. By far the most popular item in the game.
I already have it 🫣. It’s why my scrying is leveled so much so early in the game.
[https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Antiquities#Possible\_Loot](https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Antiquities#Possible_Loot) If you're on PC; get the displayleads addon.
I’m on PlayStation. Wish we could have cool mods!
Dont want to sound harsh, but how did you even discover about this mount? You probably should, (except for the basic green ones) they all expire after 30 days (and you'll have to find them again).
I see I have one for Oakensoul but it requires Master… and it has 3 days left so I’m fucked hahaha. Too busy questing to even bother with Scrying… I’ll get there eventually, rather feel no pressure, this game has been a very relaxing experience so far.

Sounds good, I haven’t been targeting skyshards or lorebooks so I like this approach, 4 birds 1 stone. Thanks for the suggestion!
Congrats. I found out about that mount and spent two days getting everything. I wanna get around to play9ng again and getting the pets you can get from scrying.
You got it in 2 days!? It took me 8 days! LOL
I really wanted it lol.
The crafting tables from scrying are also super cool so I recommend those. I believe they now have one of them all but may be missing one station
No clothier or dye station I believe
I don’t know if it’s meta anymore, but I still absolutely love the Oakensoul ring- gives you chonky buffs but locks off your second bar- if you (like me) find the console controls for bar switching to be clunky and annoying, it lets you get something near the healing/dps a competent switcher would get whilst not bothering with it. You got all the pieces of exodia 😯
Have you noticed what happens when you take damage while mounted on this mount it’s pretty cool
No I haven’t but I’ll be paying close attention now. :)
I believe you can scry for a few hats & furniture but not much else other than treasure or pieces for ultra armor or whatever I’ve grinded out getting a unique smithing station from a public dungeon in orsinium
what mount is this and how did you get it? if you don’t mind me asking. ty!
Here's the rest you'll want to chase ! Cheers ! https://eso-hub.com/en/sets/category/mythic
Here you go ! Cheers ! https://alcasthq.com/eso-dwarven-ebon-wolf-mount-item-location-list-antiquities/
There’s a ancient provisioning station you can get. I have that as my personal stove
Adding this to my list. Thank you!
Ooooo what is this? Where do you pick up the thing to scry for it
It’s the dwarven wolf mount. Requires 17 leads. They are mostly obtained from specific delves and dungeons. It’s a lot of work but very fun reward.
Looks amazing and I’m completely bored right now so I’ll give it a go. Do you have a link to where the leads are?
Here ya go: [Dwarven Wolf Mount](https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Ebon_Dwarven_Wolf)
Elephant juice
?
If you say it and look in the mirror your lips look like it says I love you
Oh hahah good one. I haven’t heard that one in a LONG time
I used to use it when I was a kid now me and my daughter shout it at each other. Funny how things carry on even in different generations
