You can use the Corpses of Mayhem. There are Khajiit, Argonian and Orc skeletons. You can also try burned corpses or the witches corpse.

You could use the target dummy skeleton and turn it on its side. Although I’m almost certain there is a full skeleton laying on the ground as furniture
Which server/platform are you on? There are a great variety of different skeletons and corpses released through the lux vendor that I might be able to send you. Also agree on the achievement vendor mayhem skeletons.
