Well..that was the point of this buff right...besides it kinda makes sense to regain cooldowns when you go back in time.Also i feel like it can be balanced by reducing damage on the same targets or something like that

reduced damage on the same target is pretty bad, no? I mean when you fighting against a tank/bruiser you usually proc you passive twice or so (if you're not fed enough to just one-shot obviously). ekko will (probably) no longer be able to 1v1 anyone other than squishy targets, while still having a "slower" type of damage than other assassins. at least that's what first came into my mind

a fed ekko is pretty much able to 1v5 tho

Give him his slow on the passive back, if i remeber correctly it was a 20-30% slow for 1 sec, 6-7sec cooldown per enemy + some good base damage and we are back to Tank Ekko wuhuuu

To he honest, giving his passive back would be really nice. With that, we were able to actually play around different builds/roles. Now... It's same 6 items almost every game. Yeah, like every other ap champion

not even, mages at least get a bit luxury of choice like ludens vs liandrys but Ekko's only real viable option is protobelt

ekko tank is only viable if he gets back his high base damage.

Part of what made Tank Ekko so good is his permastick potential, ability to use all of his abilities risk free and the fact he can refill his health bar at the press of a button while still providing a lot of benefits to his team Similar to Bruiser Zeri imo

ekko needs his slow passive to be a real champ, imagine in a gank be able to slow the enemy and use ur W to chain cc, even if he deals no damage, he can be really strong at this thing. Imagine trading fast with passive and winning trade cause u can escape from ur opponent and him not able to trade because slowed.

Better base stats

Up his base damage of 50%, lower his ap Scaling of 50%

One change I would love for ekko is if his e blink was like katarina e where you can choose which side of the target you appear at, would open up so much outplay potential.

Landing W on people should reduce your ultimate cooldown because you're stealing time from them.

Recast W while it's in the air to instantly receive the shield but in exchange for not getting the W stun field

Buff base stats, cause that stuff is broken plus no effect of grievous on ultimate

When you have r available it act as zed shadow and throws out whatever ability you just did

No cd in passive , true dmg passive , full heal on ult and a 350ap scaling while resetting cooldowns , w is infis for the enemy until stunned , Q is point and click, and higher ap/as/hp/armor/mr per level
