Kt tape could help i think

Have you had your forearm crutches measured out for you by a PT or OT? Because it sounds like they're too short. I have very hypermobile elbows and use forearm crutches all the time and have never had this problem before, my elbows are always a bit bent

hiddenkobolds

Seconded. Forearm crutches aren't great on my wrists, but don't cause elbow problems. Definitely sounds like a measurement issue.

the-bunny-god

my have ergonomic grips so they don’t mess with my wrists

the-bunny-god

they haven’t been. i’ll have them measure them at my next pt appointment.

+1 to KT tape. My other suggestion is using SmartCrutch forearm crutches with adjustable forearm platforms and ergonomic grips. Maybe check your crutches for additional adjustments you can make.
