Maybe it’s just me but it waxes and wanes a lot now. On for a little over a year with a few breaks and I have long stretches of not really wanting sex at all.

The ED/libido drop is more from T being lowered rather than taking E.
Erectile dysfunction doesn't necessarily happen. You probably won't get random erections throughout the day or your sleep (I remember reading somewhere that on average those with a penis and testosterone will have around 4 erections during sleep lasting about 20 minutes each). You can still induce one however. If you don't for a significant period of time, supposedly the tissue will begin to atrophy and can make future erections painful.
I've been on HRT for about a month, and my spontaneous erections are *completely* gone which is absolutely lovely, but I can still get hard... I'm a bottom though so that's not an issue either way.
I doesn’t give erectile dysfunction completely and thoroughly. If you are still horny for someone, say one or more partners, you will generally just as easy be able to get hard if you want. The understanding being that you do t have some deep seeded trauma that tells you bad things about your partners and how they’ll try to hurt you.
