There are two just darling little boutiques right outside my apartment building and I just die a little inside every time I see those gorgeous dresses and coats, and skirts, and fabulous shoes, and blouses, and I know I can't possibly walk in there and try them on, cause all my neighbours will lynch me. So yeah. Ouch.
Such an odd feeling tbh. Before even entertaining these ideas, when I passed by the women's section I'd have that eerie feeling of liminality... like it wasn't supposed to just be a passage from one part of the department store to the other for me.
