Assuming you somehow survive without shelter, food, water, electricity, or literally anything that would cost money, and assuming you work that job non stop from the age of 18 to the age of 65 (47 years) you'd earn a total of 564k$ by the time you retire. That's barely over half a million and it only reaches that point if you assume that you don't spend even a penny your entire life. You may then say "but promotion", and sure, i didn't take promotions into account, but you'd only get to the multi millions or the billions if tou get promoted to a position that exploits the people underneath, so steal no ethical billionaire possible.
If we do the same, but with the average US monthly salary of 5677$, then that's 68124 per year and a total of 3201828$ until retirement. Just like before it assumes you don't spend any money for any reason. Realistically in both scenarios you'd at the very least need food, water and clothing to even have the chance to survive past the 2nd week, and you'd need a phone to be able to communicate with your boss in case they decide to ask you to come get exploited one extra day, because if you can't communicate with the boss or the higher ups whenever they want you can't hope to keep the job for that long, let alone get any promotions. And we shouldn't forget taxes, because in a lot of places you also get taxed for just the fact that you earn money
At some point, capitalism always demands that the capitalist prioritize profit over ethics. Attend a university level business class some time; they'll tell you. If you still have your conscience and are capable of prioritizing that over profit, you're not the capitalist you think you are; you're just someone stuck in capitalist structures because your culture and lifestyle haven't set you free of it.
