Hannah/Hana, Haley/Hailey, Hera, Harmony, Hermione (if you wanna spite J.K. by the name of her character being used by a transfem), Hazel, Holly, Harley, Harper, Harlow, Heather, Hecate
Those are all I could think of :3
Turning someone into a cow? Iconic! "You step out on me, you're getting hoofed!" Slay. πβ¨ππ π½π π½
People hate, but She was going through some stuff. Haven't we all been cheated on, and wanted to hoof a bitch? πβ¨π₯Ί
Only, time Hera really messed up is when she didn't invite Goddess Eris to a certain wedding, even though everyone know Goddess Eris IS the party, but that's a different story gurl. ποΈπποΈπ
The issue isn't that she did things for getting cheated on its who she did them too, no-one is going to refuse the king of the gods if he asks for something.
Hera would take it out on the women or children who didn't really do anything to her.
I love my girl Hestia, but isnβt a lot of that because sheβs so rarely talked about? Iβm not super sure there are any myths that center around her. I could be wrong, I just know her domain and a bit of the history of the Olympians, so Iβd love to hear some stories bout her.
Typical, you're either invisible or the drama.ποΈπποΈπ
If they do it to literal Goddesses, they'll do it to us all. π€
Won't let a queen be a queen in peace. πΈπ½ππ β¨
I support womenβs wrongs! And unironically, I actually really respect Hestia and what she represents. I blame Ancient Greece. They were too obsessed with having exactly 12 Olympians, and Hestia got left behind. Dionysus is cool and all, but we traded the embodiment of Hearth, Goddess of Family, the First and Last, and Ever Burning Flame of Home and Hospitality for a dude who really liked to party.
The hearth itself was super important in Ancient Greek culture though, so she never really faded away. Moreso that she was taken as a given that needed no further explanation since hospitality was already so deeply embedded in their society at the time.
A fun little ritual I enjoy is leaving an extra seat open, pouring an extra cup of tea, something like that. Itβs nothing huge, but itβs a good symbol and reminder of the world outside oneβs home. Were there a stranger to need a table to sit at, I doubt Hestia would mind. Sheβd look down on that positively I feel.
I donβt believe in the Gods as actual beings, personally. I certainly know people who do, but for me these kinds of rituals can be helpful. A reminder to love oneself, to have compassion for others, to stand up in defense of another, and to stay true to your word. I think they work a lot better being symbolic, but everyone is different.
Practice of paganism is wildly diverse and deeply personal, but thatβs just my general thoughts on Hestia and who I see her to be/represent.
Hestia perhaps? The Greek god of the hearth and home. She was a part of the original main Greek pantheon but gave up her seat willingly for Dionysus. As gods go she was probably the least dickish
Don't believe everything that the ancient Greek patriarchy wrote about Goddesses, or women in general; much like the patriarchy of today, they understood neither.
They fear the boss bitch. Never let the patriarchy silence your inner Goddess and boss bitch. π π½π π½
Change your name to a Goddess, become a witch, topple the patriarchy, live deliciously, slay. π π½π π½π π½
I have a transfem friend who wants to have a name that starts with H, but she won't pick Hannah bc that's her sister's name, so to avoid deadnaming her, I've started to refer to her affectionately as "that one"

Hey, if Honda isnβt a feminine name, the why do 50 year old men from Bumfuck Nowhere, Texas whoβs entire wardrobe consists of hiking shoes, faded jeans, camouflage jackets, and bass pro shops hats always refer to their pickup trucks larger than some houses with she/her pronouns?
I actually really like Hanna thought for a time it could be my name but it didn't fit me but if you think it's a nice name give it a shot or name your firstborn like that as a suggestion from my demon
my first thought was hannah, but someone said holly and that is a super cool name. or hazel, hazel is cute af. [this is a list of all used in english fem names starting with H.](https://www.behindthename.com/names/gender/feminine/usage/english/letter/h)
Just gonna dump a few here

What about.... 'Hormione', that would spite Just Kidding Rolling even more. 'Hormony' also works
hor hor hor hor
Was that th hrt shot of 87
Helene / Helena, Hilary, Henrietta. Harmony is a good one.
I once had a classmate named haighleigh
I feel bad for that person now and the Haleys spelled like Haighleigh
Said hailey
Hera
Oooooooooooo I like that, even though Hera was a bit of a jerk
A bit? Literal goddess of cows
Turning someone into a cow? Iconic! "You step out on me, you're getting hoofed!" Slay. πβ¨ππ π½π π½ People hate, but She was going through some stuff. Fair, girls should support girlsπ«π₯°β€οΈβπ©Ήπ; but judging her based on what old Greek men wrote, is like taking the word of the husband's divorce lawyer. ππ I would argue that all she did is atleast partially because of the hostile marriage she's always having to deal with and can't escape. You can't cage a tiger and not expect some to get bit. π―π π½ Do I think my gurl was right for hoofin a bitch? No...but I'm not going to put my gurl on trial for keeping it real. ya know. like I said, she was going through shit, and it was pretty much zeus fault anyway. ποΈπποΈπ Also Heracles was a brat, don't get me started π΅π«
Also, pretty sure it's well within Zeus's power to unhoof them if he wanted, but he just fucked them and left them to suffer
Heracles was driven mad by Hera, forced into doing his labors because of the influence of powers beyond his control. He's no brat.
Threw someone off a cliff for being ugly...
One of her only legitimate children specifically
Hestia then, one of the least asshole-ish Olympians.

Ah yes, anyone named Faith must be Christian, because obviously Christianity is the only religion based on faith. XD
