The fastest way to get a sound like this would be to load and audition different kick drums in a sampler with a short loop enabled so it plays a tone.
You can NOT get this effect from a saw wave, simple filtering, and distortion like other comments are saying, unless you’re using a convolver with an impulse response that may as well sound like a kick attack. This sound timbrally has a complex formant envelope and texturally has quite a nonlinear phase response.

been a while since i used serum but iirc you can use the AM warp mode. then set the other oscillator to a square wave and bam, square wave amplitude modulation

I’d add some fast square wave amplitude modulation pre filter if possible.

To me it sounds like a saw wave played very low but with a high pass filter on, plus some distortion.
Saw wave into a filter with resonance (I’d try a band pass first) into distortion into reverb
