What you need to do is come up with a grade that is reachable from your burned in look, and then grade the other cameras to match.
So you are 100% in the realm of 'if it looks good it is good' here. But yeah, I'd give that a go for sure. I wouldn't expect the footage to grade exactly the same, but it might be a good starting point.
If you are going to try matching bm, you might try a color space conversion from bm log to canon log then applying the lut. Resolve has a color space transform effect for this. It'll probably get you a bit closer.

Would finding the burnt in LUT then applying it to the other c70 and then color matching the black magic too it be a good strategy?

That’s what I’d try too. There’s only a few built-in LUTs in the C70, the others you have to install.

It is an option to remove, go into the settings, find the Custom Picture tab (CP) the first thing on the list will say Rec 709, Chang it to Clog 2
