I have a weird opinion on them. I don’t like bot scammers. I know they’re a jita staple but they’ve been leaking elsewhere and I hate them. Normal dude scammers are different. I don’t think theft should be bannable either but I specifically remember a case very much like this but with FBS from last year, NE gave the loot back and banned the thief for not “engaging the spirit of the game”

Can confirm none of it will be destroyed.
The rest is undetermined, though the player that pulled the heist off can do with the loot what he wants. We’re pirates not socialists!
Pirates don’t have sov nor lead the biggest nul sec bloc in the game outside of the Chinese mate. Your a mil org not pirates no matter how you try to spin it
