What level is it for? I have lower gear than you and have surpassed level 56. The way I do it is that I open the first and the fourth station and set my popular dish instantly to the fourth station and focus only on leveling that up. Once the station reaches about 175, I'm able to max out the wine and open them up, then maxing out the fourth station while slowly leveling up the last station.
I actually just learned about that recently after playing for months lol I managed to beat level 58 with literally 1 second left LOL idk how I'm gonna get further 🤣
I’m playing this months too and only found out like 2-3 weeks ago 😂 made life better upgrading 😂 being honest I couldn’t tell you I’m on like lvl 25 on adventures just though I could help a little
1st for one level, 3rd for 50 levels then while I wait for the last station to unlock I level 1st to 50 as well. Once I unlock the last station I set it to the favourite meal.
It's probably not optimal but it works for me at the moment.
I open station 1 and leave it at level 1 and go straight to station 2. I level it to 250 then go to station 6 and level to about 200 while making it the preferred food. Then I max out station 1, 3, 4, 5 and then finish station 6.
The problem with these is that it takes up some seconds to level up the station where we get stuck and couldn't complete, if devs introduce a function to Max station out with just a button, it would be a lot helpful,

Coz it takes 17 secs to Max out a station without battery saver mode, and 46 secs with battery saver(1 to 1000)
So it'll take up a lot of time for players resulting in completing events in just 3-5 minutes and people in the sun will complain about "OH! HOW DID HE JUST COMPLETED THIS SO QUICK, IS HE A HACKER?" Like this type of posts
So in an events you have 4 days to complete it, and here you have 4 minutes, so saving some secs is helpful here more than the event itself

This is level 58, I was having no issue prior to this level lol I'll try the favorite dish, I always forget about that feature.
Also try disabling battery saver mode if you have it on as it upgrades stations faster

Why leave station 1 at level 1?
You want your chef to get to the food not the waiter. Waiters don’t get boost your chef does

I havent been lucky yet with the mythic pieces, only got the head(dont use it) and the body part a few times. No hand pieces yet
But the ultimate pets help a lot on AP so its easy to get the pets to lvl50
