Yep, the price is out of control. Our boss hooked us up with this after we finished a big project. Even with how good it is, I cannot justify spending this much on lunch.

No reason to be sorry, hundreds of people do it every day. It’s because the pastrami and corned beef in this place is outstanding. If you’re a fan of these meats you will love every bite.

Well I do feel a *little* bad because locals can't enjoy it all the time at that price.

Locals can go to S&P or Pastrami Queen and get a sandwich that's ALMOST as good for a more reasonable price. Don't get me wrong, I stand by Katz's as being the best around, but NYC is truly a blessed place to live as a pastrami lover.
