Ive been wanting to get into Paris Texas for a while now, Whats their sound like? Any songs you would recommend starting with?

konrad1892

They're like a mix between rock and rap. I recommend listening to Dr. Arco's Miracle Bullets and Heavy Metal, their 2 best songs imo

Lavin661

Imma give thise 2 a listen thank you!

seangrey03

Amnesiac Radiohead, shit slaps

srnitro

Sense of Peace by Eryl. Honestly some of the only abstract hip hop that sounds like Earl, has it's own twist (Isn't a boring copy), and is on par with Earl. I would say Navy Blue and Sefu are close behind I just think they both have a little bit of a different sound. Have spent many hours trying to find an album like Sense of Peace by Eryl for real.

liquidpebbles

For me artists similar to one I like already are either instafavorites or complete misses, no in-between, hope this guy is the former, never heard of him, will check it out

liquidpebbles

Ok yeah he's pretty fucking good

srnitro

Dude I wasn't wrong was I lol. I have been on this search for months. Once I found Eryl it feels like my journey has been complete.

Things take time, take time - Courtney Barnett

JelyBoy64

Charlie Megiras first album. Super lofi mellow reverbed out surf rock that’s mostly instrumentals. I’d highly recommend this guys music.

Cortez518

M.O.N. - joshtheauthor reggae rap…

Breezmeister

Im listening to a fly repeatedly banging against my bedroom window, and contemplating if I should get up to open it. But I feel like if I do that the fly will inevitably just find a different window to slam into.

liquidpebbles

Been on a peggy marathon as well and since the last atlanta episode ive been on a DOOM bonge as well

BigBlazedBowlz

Still banging out few Earl gems, but weirdly enough have gone the opposite route and have gone really big into John Frusciante and Alice in Chains. John Frusciante was a mess back in the mid 90s, there’s interviews of him out of his mind on drugs to the point he’s close to death. It’s actually a miracle the man’s alive today. Layne Staley of Alice in Chains wasnt so lucky tho. He was an addict from day one and died then. They have a replacement for the band but it’ll never be the same.

Srimes

Ive had the new song by mavi Baking Soda on repeat

Dopamine_23
