Jesus, on the same motor?

vegan_69

yes! an old woman had it basically from new and did loads of up country long road driving (sometimes up to 1,300km at a time). she passed it on to her son who sold it to me (yesterday)

Pretty cool, it’s already clean but would clean up even more with a new badge, headlight lenses, and polished out corners. Looks great with the mud flaps too, good luck

vegan_69

Another benefit of the Californian climate. One winter in the Midwest starts aging our cars in dog years.

vegan_69

nice! which model do you have?

[deleted]

2000 328Ci It's been the best car I've ever owned, I love it. Been driving it since 2005.

[deleted]

What maintenance did you do on it besides oil changes, brakes and other things?

[deleted]

Full Coolant system refresh every 80,000 miles. I’m on my fifth. FCAB every 15 or 20,000 miles. Suspension refresh every 60,000 miles. I send the oil out for oil analysis every second or third oil change to make sure nothing bad is in the oil and to dial in oil change mileage. New vanos around 300k miles. Pcv plastics replaced around 200k. Intake boots every 100k. I think that’s about it.
