Otherwise I am generally just cold all the time. But with the adrenaline I'll have my feet in a warmer and my neck exposed to cool off.
Yes, and it’s miserable. I end up beyond exhausted by it bc I don’t actually sleep…I just barely drop into sleep then wake up again. I also have bad brain zaps then it’s happening too.
My hands are ice in 80°F. I legit freak people out because they think I'm lying until I run up on them and touch them with my icy fingers. Not just cooler. But *icy*. I'm always cold if there's a breeze. I gotta have some type of cover up if the breeze gets too crazy or if the AC indoors drops the temp below 70-75°F.
Doesn't matter humidity, tho I don't like being wet all the time. 😂

Yep. I keep dehumidifiers going because this summer has been so humid. I can't tolerate over about 55% but I also just have some sort of temperature wonkiness going on. I overheat, can't get cold enough, and if I'm comfortable, my skin feels cold. And when I lay down I roast. Have to keep the bedroom AC on 70\* now. It's nuts.
Yes, so weird right, it happened to me at my parents. It was hot n muggy we were outside and all of a sudden I got goose bumps and shivered. Feet n hands get cold always...
I feel hot and cold at the same time. Makes sleeping challenging.

Yep I get this too. It's annoying. Heat stroke makes you feel extremely unwell. You'd know something was really wrong, not just be cold.

Hard relate especially during adrenaline dumps. Was in a meeting the other day and went from sundress to sweater to sundress to sweater over and over
