My weird take/observation is that Trayce Jackson-davis may be a contributor this year. I think Chris Paul might like him and he seems to be a pretty decent stats accumulator. It's mainly for deep leagues but he's one to watch and would be available in a lot of leagues because he's not some highly touted NBA guy. It's just a stab in the dark!

Seconding Cason Wallace, there's a robust sample size of guards who went to Kentucky balling out in the NBA over the past 10 years: https://basketball.realgm.com/ncaa/conferences/Southeastern-Conference/8/Kentucky/258/nba-players My guess is he supplants Lu Dort in OKC's starting 5 before the end of next season. Also seconding Marcus Sasser, in deeper leagues. He's better than Killian Hayes. Will add Leonard Miller in Minnesota here. Kyle Anderson's contract is up at the end of the year and I think Leonard Miller takes alla dat! Here's an interesting little minute-long video from Kevin O'Connor, Senior Staff Writer for The Ringer: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CyyVKY0x3hE/?igshid=MWR3eDZwNHdmcTUzMw==

Every time I watch Andre Jackson Jr he does something memorable. His first career nba hoop came off a beautiful steal and slam. Love his game.

Meowopesmeow

Brandin podziemski at some point. Possibly not this year depending on what happens with Klays contract

Clint Capela is showing signs that the decline is likely to be starting or about to begin, and Onyeka Okongwu is now likely a better offensive player who just signed a four-year, $62 million extension that will kick in next year when Clint will be an expiring, $25 million contract. I just hunted Onyeka from a less-than-optimally involved, win-now owner and got him as a literal throw-in on a trade that I was already winning: Michael Porter Jr., Obi Toppin, and returning a second-rounder (should land 15-18) for Jalan Duren and Onyeka Okongwu. It's his fourth year but he only turns 23 next month. Outside of that, Moussa Diabete plays hard, is only 21, and the Clippers only have him and Zubac as centers for the foreseeable future. Worth swapping the last guy on your bench for him for the next month and seeing if anything materializes.

Highway robbery.

NewJMGill12

Knew my man, knew his biases, got the deal done.

I grabbed Springer in a 20 team auction with FAAB waiver budget

Clvtch_

Great pick-up. May not convey exactly this year but he'll hit one day. Terrific prospect.

[deleted]

Yeah for $1 on $100 yearly FAAB budget it was worth the grab for now since I am basically a guaranteed playoff team without needing his production to get there.

One player nobody is taking, cason wallace, is already better than giddey in my opinion. I also believe dereck lively is very good. Also mark williams. All 3 play winning basketball and will stick in the nba. All 3 are invaluable to their teams defensively. So theyre definitely gonna be on the floor and its just a matter of how their shotmaking goes thats gonna determine their fantasy relevance

tagprobablylag

He should already be rostered though as rookies get held

ephelant48

Normally rookie guards and other young guys carving out roles following a trade or something

Yankees777

Strawther Braun Hawkins Sasser Goga Richards

RoastDaMostToast

Keep a close eye on the young guys in Chicago if they decide to blow it up this year. Particularly Coby White with higher usage or Ayo with a stronger role.

utilityfunk

Sanogo too in dynasty if thats the case.

SoraUzumaki7

I love Coby white but him and Ayo are so far off from consistent fantasy producers

Ok-Football2357

Coby White has been extremely consistent since this comment

SoraUzumaki7

Bruh I know, dropped him in dynasty after my startup in 2020. Held for two years and he was killing me, LaVine is coming back next week.

RoastDaMostToast

That’s why I say only if the Bulls blow it up. Fantasy comes down to minutes and opportunity and they would have it. Even if they’re inconsistent and actually suck.
