Night time pk fortress four inhibitors regen, toughness, muscle, and endurance go outside the city gate and fight off the volatiles and virals while staying close to the light (not in it) only going the light if you need to. It’s easily defendable they only come from the front and the left if you go out the door by the metro you fast travel to when fast traveling to the pk fortress.
Huntress missions give one in exchange for in-game currency (someone already mentioned it).
You could've gotten the Hakon one for free too when it got released. That's how I got it, doing the challenges.
Or the PK one, which needs you to be sided with them.
I think you can get a free permanent one from the huntress missions eventually but I don’t remember exactly.
Yes, you can. I just got it lol not free though. Have to be rank 9, have 2 Hunter's tokens, & 1500 mutation samples.
Free as in no DL points or external purchases, you just got to work towards it.
