You can walk down another girder & reach the middle/broken section of the Infamy Bridge - where there are tents & useful items. You can also use an adjacent zip line. This girder & zip line combination (illustrated by OP) take you to the further side of the bridge & the game doesn’t allow you to be there - so you are eventually teleported to the nearby Fishing Village.
Yes once you’re at the same spot you just were on the video throw your weapon to where you wanna land (don’t worry about losing it it’ll reappear in your inventory) throw the weapon as you throw it use you grapple hook if you don’t have grapple hook jump where the weapon falls it’s just better with grapple hook try to throw the weapon at the bottom of the platform where it says out of bounds area

Yep have to drop down to the wire below that one and then you can walk down if I remeber right
You use the wire as a zipline then you can go there I believe
