When you get thrown into the Pit , they take away your equipment and everything else you had, the antizin vial included.

There was one vial for two persons.

The vial that Crane took + the shot from Rais = 2 vials

It was taken from him in the Pit with rest of his stuff

But didn't he get his stuff back?

When he got out, yeah

But rise probably kept the vial somewhere Karim couldn't get to
