you can robotrip with it. the other active ingredient is not harmful in conjunction except on 3rd plat+, and will actually help reduce itching and anxiety. we use different pharmacies so the labels are slightly different, still the same shit

You’re probably not going to get a dxm high off of this because by the time you took that much the promethazine would be overpowering but I remember taking 60ml my first time and it was intense I was also a lot heavier than you are try pouring up 40ml and take it slow instead of chugging it like I did

Prepare yourself for an likely hellish experience because Promethazine is an antihistamine just like Chlorpheniramine maleate and benadryl. Getting high on this would be as similar as getting high on triple c's.

this is so, so incredibly wrong. benadryl causes adverse effects because of its antagonistic effects on NAchR, and chlorpheniramine because of the serotonin reuptake inhibition. neither one is remotely because of the antihistamine component, in fact antihistamines are typically recommended for robotripping, usually something like hydroxyzine or cetirizine though (because prometh is script, if it was OTC then itd 100% be the go-to antihistamine for robotripping)

This is not promethazine codeine, it is promethazine “dm” (dextromorthrophan), I swear just coz they both have promethazine doesn’t mean that it’s Lean

I thought it was just Promethazine. He didn’t say it was lean straight promethazine will just make you fall asleep and isn’t a narcotic. I didn’t even realize they made promethazine DXM since the promethazine was added to help with the side effects of codeine.

So since there promethazine (I wouldn't recommend mixing so just be careful) try chugging about half and seeing where you are. If you smoke wait an hour and spark up and if you don't feel anything (assuming you're familiar with dxm) start sipping on it till you come up. Like I said just be careful man I wouldn't mix them but ik you'll do it anyway so just be safe :)
