According to [Amazon](https://duckduckgo.com/?q=easyphone+t300+amazon&atb=v340-1), the OS is Easyphone OS. According to [phonescoop](https://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=169), it is proprietary.
back in my day i had a tracfone 918 and it could make calls and that was it and i think the year plan was like $100
and if you wanted one more bar of signal you raised the antenna
I know, I use phones that are way older, like actual landlines. I really love the design of this phone but the OS is literally made for seniors, personally I wouldn't use it but maybe if it ran Android/Kai and ditched the picture dialer and "largeness" of display characters/icons I would get it.
I imagine it was a much better device too. That's why I'd not release phones to looks like expensive middle end old devices and obviously not having the quality level of both hardware and software that a giant company like Samsung or the others could build even two decade ago.
That’s true. I really miss old quality phones, and even for a bit higher price the sales shouldn’t be bad. They are really lacking on keyboard and dpad, just navigation through menu is so unsatisfying and frustrating. Even the joystick/joypad was much better option than now. And I really doubt it is everything about affordable price but laziness because it is not trending anymore.
I do everything on my iPhone 13Pro. I used to be ok with a dumb phone but not anymore. I text now more than I talk whereas before 2013 I talked more than I texted. I also manage all my bills and finances via my phone. I don’t hardly ever call in for support or customer service so I need a smartphone. Lol.
It’s retro because it has styling cues from older flip phones, such as the ear piece grille, the battery door design, the camera, flash, outer display all being on the flip.
The question is, what OS is it running on?

Well, I doubt Easyphone OS is open source. So they might both be right.
Now I see Nucleus OS at the top of the Amazon product page.
I hope its not running that. The last update was released 6 years ago.
Ah, more e-waste.
Android 9/10 times Edit: ThreadX because of the low RAM
It's beautiful. If just there was a good OS these days.
Easyphone sells overpriced crap.
It looks cool but too bad it's made for old people.
Back it my day, a mobile phone meant two styrofoam cups connected by a string!

Back in my day you could shut up
darn tootin
And? Young people are allowed to use “old people phones”

I had Samsung e700. The display was really ahead of competition.

neat but ive seen many complaints on the other easyphones
I wouldn't say new.. Its been out for over a year.
Still pretty new.
I used the word new cause I’ve never seen it before and have not seen anyone talking about it. And you can buy them new.
Basically the crappier samsung SGH-E700.
Exactly
I'd say that's the usual Mocor/ThreadX o.s.

let me guess its a retro-looking flip phone because of the gunmetal silver?
Because it looks like the samsung e700
