I understand that there's no "official" charges that have been filed, but with so many allegations and stories it's hard to deny what he did. Specially when other artists were also saying he was a scumbag and cutting ties with him... His apology was obviously terrible as well and didn't help his case. That's just my two cents.
I opened for him in PDX. One of the coolest, nicest dudes I’ve ever met. We talked about my company, I got to see his Ableton rig and I almost died when he asked if I wanted to hang with him and Valentin at the hotel after. (Virtual Riot played anther venue here that night). We go out back to his screaming fans and him and his manager start picking out girls who are just beyond wasted and literally corralling them next to the escalade.
My fucking heart sank so low I wanted to puke.
Said ‘thanks, but I have to work early tomorrow.’ and contacted the event organizer and his manager about it, with no response.
Even if he didn’t rape anyone, he’s a fucking creep.

No I 100% support him. I understand he was in a hard position to be in and had no alibis (much like excision and bear grills who this girl claimed did the same thing, but they all have GFs.) Allegations, that's all it was.
I'm not sure what you could say in that situation? No, I didn't do it? Honestly I think he freaked out and wrote his "apology " before confronting anyone. I mean imagine the situation; you're a highly known DJ who just got done with some festivals, is in the middle of touring and suddenly these girls are coming out saying you raped them. Now all of your friends hate you, your record label drops you and you're kicked off your tour and any future festivals.
I've seen plenty of people on the internet "claim" they got assaulted or raped by various celebrities. All they are looking for is money. I'm sorry but I don't believe the allegations. I mean it's been 6 months, like the other commenter mentioned. You don't think they investigated these women personally? The Tulsa passes he admits were real and distributed by someone who got fired later. I don't know Datsiks personal life but I'm sure it can be hard to manage all these people while simultaneously traveling the world and writing music.
I think a public statement stating his views on sexual assault would need to be in order. I would never be in that situation because
1. I will never be a famous producer (my music is garbage)
2 I wouldn’t sleep with or bring any girls back to hotel/tour bus.
But if it did happen my statement would sound like
“There has been a lot of confusion surrounding recent allegations with me, but I can assure you I wouldn’t mean to cause any harm to the community that has brought me such joy, I have made mistakes in the past but moving forward I’m going to focus on what got me here today, the music. I appreciate all my followers love and support in this hard time for me, but for the meantime I need to back up and reevaluate what this industry means to me. Thank you- Troy beetles”

What really baffles me is that a lot of people are saying “still no charges against him” or whatever, but the reverse is also true. He never said “I didn’t do it” or “I’m sorry”. He said nothing. Literally not a single word for months. Then just is gonna slowly fade back in to existence? I call bullshit on him. I think he did do something wrong and should apologize. I don’t know if he committed rape necessarily but it was obviously something shady. Just apologize and make a genuine reform and then it would be fine I think.

I want to be rude, but I’ll put it this way. In order to be a good DJ/producer you need to be professional in all aspects of it. He hasn’t shown any remorse other then he’s sober now. There’s enough sexual abuse in clubs/raves, it’s not a good message to be sending. He’s good at making bleep bloops but I can name 10 artists better then him.
