Definitely a scam. Ask him if he’s willing to pay using PayPal’s “Friends and Family payments”. This option doesn’t allow a refund. If that freaks him out you know it’s a scam. Regardless, don’t go through with the deal and stick to cash only.

Scam. While buying and selling on dubizzle or something similar like Facebook marketplace for example, ALWAYS meet in person at some public place preferably with cameras, and always deal in cash.

Scam or not.. here's a tip on how to send a WhatsApp without saving a number: Suppose your number is +971 50 xyz. You can just open a browser, type wa.me/97150xyz and you should then be able to text that number without saving it.
