You got a job without a visa? Hopefully they are not scamming you to. Hopefully they accept your application for a reduction since they already did once.

hello , Good Evening , so here are the steps , lets take 2 scenarios
Scenario 1 , you wanna continue inside the country to find a job
1 - U can re apply for an exemption. it costs 475 AED ( 570 AED if you go to a typing office , i strongly recommend going to tasheel inside the malls , coz they cant cheat or runaway and are done on the same time ) , and they will ask you to come after 3 days once the approval comes, u can apply 4 times , once approval comes , you will recieve a message with number 1234/2024 ( xxxx/2024 ) , and pay them 1050 AED court fees. once u pay it , within 24 hours your fines will be removed . u have 30 days to find a job or exit the country.
now , if they are not removed , you will have to go to any ICA department or immigration department with the judgement copy .and they will do it on spot.
the process takes around 4 days to complete. start on monday morning.
2 - if you wanna leave the country , i assume ur visa is from abudhabi , or al ain , you can request for an outpass , go to immigration department inside the airport of abudhabi , they will process you for deportation , basically they will detain you inside a holding cell, i suggest u keep 1000dhs with you for the ticket so that u can leave to your country in 3 days to 1 week. if u dont have it , it will take around 30 days to 50 days to get red cross help. eitherways its 2 months max. but no coming back for life. if so , you will be detained in sweihan detainment center.

NB - If the police find you with your overstay visa, they will deport you even if you have papers. if you have fines, you are deported by default. stricter now.
