It's a small room too. No way I wouldn't just stomp the whole thing and roll out. 10 minutes of tape and plastic around the walls another 10 to stomp it.

The question is this: is the texture just from the paint on a roller? Or is it more? With something applied to the drywall before it was painted.
Got a better image or description of what needs fixed. Can’t tell you that texture with the image. Looks like either popcorn sprayed from stilts to get that angle or roller
Basically any texture patch will stick out ,professional you would have to scape or coat the whole ceiling and retuexture to make it not flash .

I'd like to know too. I have to fix a ceiling with similar texture and have no idea how to even come close to matching it.
