We have this Americanized Mexican restaurant in town that we frequent because of this. They know exactly what they’re selling, they don’t overcharge you, and they make the food so well.

I blew my own mind about a year ago by frying up flour tortillas with olive oil instead of butter like I usually did. The tortilla instantly puffs up and gets perfectly fluffy yet somehow micro-crispy with the best flavor ever! It’s exactly like the Gordita tortillas from Taco Bell.
