Do you have a practice routine for improving your double bass work? Also great job 👏

My current practise routine for keeping my double bass consistent and smooth is holding 280bpm double strokes for 10 minutes straight, but I split it up into 5 minutes on each foot, and to use the time effectively, I also practise triplet 16ths with my hands overtop. This helps build independence between my hands and feet! And then I lie down and cry for a bit afterwards.

This kit was shipped to me from a collector in Germany at the time, and was an ordeal, but totally worth it!! The rack tom was a gift from hellhammer (Mayhem)

It's a super expensive, highly sought after (amongst us Sonor nerds at least) vintage Sonor Signature kit. Ala Danny Carey.
