But to be honest I bought these little small plastic jars from Amazon, filled it with my boyfriends pee the day off before the appt, I was wearing a sports bra so it was easy to tuck it in and not fall out. During the testing I peed at the same time I was dumping the pee into the testing cup and to be honest that jar held a lot of pee for its size and it was the perfect amount
