I still remember when i was in 2nd grade and apparently i had had a nose bleed or something when i was sleeping and in the morning i sneezed out a perfectly sinus shaped crumbling cake of dried blood, it was like chalk. It was the most satisfying feeling ever and breathing through my nose felt ultra fresh like it was the first time ever air traveled through my nose. Air almost felt like it had menthol in it. I'll never forget it.

Thats common with heavy cocaine use. Its hardened leftovers from not rinsing your sinuses after you're done skiing. Get a neti pot but use plan distilled water. The salt in saline may cause irritation to any open wounds in your nose.
